New update!!!
Actually I ran both the Matrox Millennium and the ET6000 on the same Gateway
P5-133 and got the following:

Matrox:
21.5 Million Pixels Per Second.
69.9 fps 640/480 Calculated
335.4 fps 320/240 Actual

Tseng Labs ET6000:
33.1 Million Pixels Per Second. (The clear DOS performer)
107 fps 640/480 Calculated
516.8 fps 320/240 Actual

Also I Checked an S3-968 VRAM and got:
12.2 Million Pixels Per Second.
39.6 fps 640/480 Calculated
190.1 fps 320/240 Actual

The numbers for the Numbe Nine Imagine-128: (using Low end CL chip for SVGA)
2.7 Million Pixels Per Second.
8.8 fps 640/480 Calculated
42.4 fps 320/240 Actual
