For programmers. An OS/2 DLL that you can use in your apps to simplify
reading/writing MIDI files. Includes an online (INF) book that explains how
to use the DLL, plus C examples. A useful included app is a MIDI file
displayer, which can be used to check if a file is a MIDI file, and then
display information about it (ie, how many tracks are in it, what the track
names are, individual events are displayed, etc).
