MIDIDSM2.ZIP
Converts a MIDI file to an ascii text file. The ascii text is nicely
formatted, with events expressed in plain english and/or musical
terminology. The text file can be easily edited, and then converted back to
a MIDI file with another included utility. This "MIDI assembler" also has
"keywords" for performing global processing of the events, such as
remapping notes to other notes, filtering by note/event type/MIDI channel,
adjusting the volume up or down per track, transposing tracks, etc.
